Friendly movers operates on online booking system which means you can check our real-time availability and book online at any time. The system also ensures that bookings can never be lost or double-booked.

Please note this system is for the medium sized (transit) van and man service within London postcodes and assumes that you will supply at least one person to help.

For moves that don't have London postcodes / larger moves / moves with more than one pickup or dropoff, etc. you must phone us before booking.

If you would prefer to book by phone or have any questions at all please give us a ring! (You can still use this system to check our availability).

For the safety of our drivers and to prevent false bookings, we require a £15 deposit. The deposit is made with Paypal (the same company that handles payments on ebay). The transaction is between you and Paypal. We never have access to any of your financial details. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your move.
